It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our dear Aida Hallett on October 6th, 2016. Born February 12th, 1948 in Zahle Lebanon. Dearest wife of Tony for 48 years. Mother of Marieanne Soudir (Roger) of North Carolina, Tony Assad (Jilliane) of Grand Prairie. Dear and beloved Teta to Christopher and Mark Soudir. Predeceased by her parents Najib and Marie Dakhil. Survived by her brothers and sister Elie, George, Amale and Abdo Dakhil. Predeceased by her brother Tony Dakhil (Theresa). Predeceased by father and mother in law Assad and Emily Hallett. Sister in law to George (Nazira), Elie (Mona), and late Joseph (Nancy) Hallett. Predeceased by sister in law Salwa (Joseph) Murr. Adored and loved by all her nieces, nephews, family and friends in Windsor, all over Canada, Lebanon and the United States. Thank you to all the professionals who cared for her over the years. Thank you to the caring staff at Windsor Regional Hospital Metropolitan Campus, and Windsor Regional Hospital Ouellette Campus. Also, thanks to the staff at Brouillette Manor for their gentle care. Visitation will be held at Janisse Funeral Home 1139 Ouellette Ave, Windsor 519-253-5225 Monday October 10th, 2016 3pm-5pm and 7pm-9pm. Parish prayers will be held at 8pm. Funeral service will be Tuesday October 11, 2016 from the Funeral Home at 8:45am processing to St. Simon Melkyte at St. Vladimir & Olga Church Site 601 Lake Trail Dr, Windsor for Mass of Christian Burial at 10am. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. <br> <br></div>
