<div itemprop="description">EAGLESON, Donald - Passed away peacefully on May 15, 2013 at Windsor Metropolitain Hospital at the age of 85. Beloved husband of the late Bernice Rose Groulx. Predeceased by parents Harry R. Eagleson and Mary Alice Shaw. Cherished father of Kara Borshuk and her husband the late William John, Brenda Lee Eagleson Flatley and husband Martin Flatley. Dear grandfather of Melanie, Marty, Billy, Blaise,and Robert. Will be sadly missed by his extended children, step grandchildren and step great grandchildren. Predeceased by his brothers Albert, Harry, Mervin, and sisters Clara, and Velma. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Don worked at Windsor Carbourator for many years, as well as a truck driver for Cole Motion for 15 years. He attempted to join the Military and served 16 months as a Military cook, was scheduled to go over seas he was 15 years old and was discharged. Earlier in his life he lived 6 years in Alberta where he owned and operated a Local cab Service for the Reserve. Don was a dedicated member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. Visitation will be held at Janisse Funeral Home ( 519-253-5225) 1139 Ouellette Ave on Friday May 17, 2013 from 2-4 &amp; 7-9 pm.Parish Prayer will be said at the funeral home on Friday at 7:30pm. Liturgy Of The Word will be said at the Funeral Home on Saturday May 18, 2013 at 11:00 am. Cremation to follow.
