<div itemprop="description">Peacefully passed away while surrounded by her family on October 7, 2015. At the age of 82, she was the loving wife of Salvatore for 56 years. Devoted mother of Mary and Peter (Marilyn Rau). Adored Nonna of Lucas Salvatore and Vienna Rose. Dear sister of the late Francesco (Sara) Ruggeri, and the late Natale (Carmela) Ruggeri. Survived by her brothers Salvatore (Maria) Ruggeri, and Santo Ruggeri. Predeceased by her brothers-in-law Antonino (Anna) Adamo, Pietro (Maria) Adamo, Santo Adamo (WWII), Joe (Sara) Adamo, and Rocco (Kay) Adamo. Survived by brother-in-law Carmelo (Emilia) Adamo. She will also be missed by many relatives and friends who are in Italy, the USA, and Canada. Visitation will take place on Monday October 12, 2015 at Janisse Funeral Home (519-253-5225, 1139 Oullette Ave.) from 2-5 pm. Prayers at 4:30 pm. Funeral Service from Janisse Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at 11am then to Corpus Christi Church (1400 Cabana Rd.W.) for mass of Christian Burial at 12 pm. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. Our family would like to take this opportunity to give our warm regards to the 4th Floor staff of Windsor Regional Hospital Met Campus and also to the volunteers from T2B who were graciously taking care of all of us. We would also like to show our appreciation by referring donations to Transition To Betterness, as they generously provided much appreciated comfort and assistance during her final days.</div>
